Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Hidden PT Co. mobile app. By using the app you accept them.
What the app is
Hidden PT Co. is a tool your personal trainer uses to deliver your training programme and to see what you logged. We provide the software. Your trainer provides the coaching.
What the app is not
It is not medical advice and it is not a medical device. Nothing in it diagnoses, treats or monitors a health condition. Resistance training carries risk. Get medical clearance if you have any reason to doubt your fitness to train, stop if something hurts, and use your own judgement — a number on a screen is not an instruction.
Your account
Your trainer invites you. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, so keep access to that inbox secure. One account is for one person; do not share it. You are responsible for what is logged under your account.
Your data and your trainer
Your trainer can see your programme, your logged sets, and the metrics and photos you choose to enter. The programme workbook your trainer builds for you is their record and stays with them, including if you delete your account. How we handle everything else is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. Your account and training history are removed from the app; your trainer keeps the workbook they created. Deletion is permanent.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another person's account or data.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to share.
- Do not interfere with, probe or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Do not use the app to impersonate anyone.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Payment
You pay your personal trainer for coaching, under whatever arrangement you have with them. Hidden PT Co. charges trainers, not their clients. We take no payment from you through the app.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features. The app can be used offline for logging; entries sync when you reconnect.
Our responsibility
We provide the app with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from the training decisions you or your trainer make, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and its content belong to Hidden PT Co. Your own logged data belongs to you.
Ending it
You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you like. We may end your access if you seriously breach these terms, or if your trainer's account with us ends.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will tell you in the app about anything significant.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, and the courts of Jersey have jurisdiction.
